What started as one humble beach cottage in Ocean Isle Beach on the North Carolina coast has grown into Southbound Hospitality – vacation homes where you can experience the best the East Coast has to offer. Since beginning Southbound Hospitality, our founder, Carson Norcross, has grown our portfolio to include unique vacation homes across the beautiful states of North and South Carolina. From beach coast to mountain ranges, the Carolinas offer every view a vacationer could dream of. That’s why as we continue to grow, Southbound Hospitality is making plans to expand our geography to bring even more beauty and luxury to your next vacation.

The Shore House

Visit our peaceful vacation rental on the sparkling shores of Ocean Isle Beach. Just a few short steps to the ocean, this home offers 4 balconies that will unwind you. Our coastal oasis sleeps 16 – making it the perfect place to host the whole family. Rejuvenate yourself on the North Carolina coast, falling asleep each night to the lapping waves, and enjoying sunny days by the shore.
The Seaway House
NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, SC
This amazing Beach House that sleeps 9 resides in Cherry Grove Beach with parking for 4 vehicles, fast WIFI, and Roku TV's. Conveniently located just 0.3 of a mile to the beach. Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are just a short ride away. Setup perfect for entertaining family & friends with wrap around deck/porch and nice patio area out back. Downstairs apartment/man cave provides many options as it has it's own bathroom and small kitchenette area with refrigerator & sink. Master bath has beautiful garden tub for relaxing or just winding down the day. There is a deck conveniently located off the 1st floor bedroom that overlooks the patio. Great for having breakfast or just having a cup of coffee to start the day. Can't wait to host y'all!
The Oar House
HIGH ROCK LAKE, NC
Enjoy true lake-life at our spacious house in High Rock Lake in Salisbury taking in the view from the 620 sf porch or sitting at the boat dock. Either rent a boat locally, or bring your own boat, using our private boat launch. The Oar House sleeps 16 so bring your friends and family to a week of fun on the lake. Memories here will last a lifetime as you enjoy sunny days on the lake. Lakefront Living, it doesn't get any better than this!
