Downstairs apartment/man cave provides many options as it has it's own bathroom and small kitchenette area with refrigerator & sink. Master bath has beautiful garden tub for relaxing or just winding down the day. There is a deck conveniently located off the 1st floor bedroom that overlooks the patio.
